Our History + Mission.

the Northwest Artists Collective formed after Philadelphia Open Studio Tour (POST) in 2005.  Our mission is to build a heightened awareness and recognition for artists in the northwest part of Philadelphia including Germantown, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill and Roxborough. To achieve this goal we will promote and support emerging, mid-career and established artists in the northwest by identifying and developing opportunities for solo and group exhibitions.

The Northwest Artists Collective hosts

bi-weekly figure drawing sessions in conjunction with the

Allens Lane Art Center.
